Wall Workout
No one can ever say that they have absolutely no way to work out, because if you are near a wall then you can work out.  Ingenuity is always needed to keep excellent mental focus if your work outs become stale, also if you have no access to a gym or equipment.  The nice thing about a wall is that it is static and stable and you can find one anywhere, at work, home, or even a hotel room.
Exercises-
Wall bridge-bringing glutes off the floor, position feet halfway up the wall and hold flexing glutes, thighs, and hamstrings.
Wall arch-standing a foot or so away from the wall arch backwards until you can touch the wall and trying walking your hands down to the floor as far as you can.
Toe touches- with your back and glutes on the floor and your legs fully extended on the wall, reach as high as you can to touch your toes, utilizing your abdominals.
Pushups- feet up above or below head depending on strength level.  Beginners may want to start with feet apart on the floor touching nose to wall then pushing out.  The stronger you get and can try to walk your feet up the wall to increase the intensity of the pushup.
Wall sits- with your back and head against the wall, lower your body down until your legs are parallel with the floor and your feet are directly under your knees.
Wall walks-with back on the wall, walk left to right then right to left on your toes.  Add in wall squat every few feet for added intensity. For very intense, try starting with your hands on the ground and walk the wall left to right then right to left with your feet.
Leg press single-Start with your black on the ground and one foot planted on the wall and the other leg crossed over your thigh.  Push off the wall to bring the glutes and lower back off of the ground.  Make sure to switch legs.
Toe Raises- Standing a few inches away with your back on the wall, raise your body as high as you can on the ball of your feet.
Good Mornings-Standing with your heels and back against the wall then lower yourself down slowly trying to touch your toes until you almost fall over then stand back up.
Wall Jumps- Find or make a point on the wall and jump and try to touch it.  Set a goal to get higher and higher.  When jumping really bend the knees and thrust high on the wall.
